It’s been a while since I have posted. I like all people who fall out of touch with life and even business. I have been asked by clients lately about my newsletter. I didn’t know so many people read it. It is such a great way to keep in touch with the community and I will be back again next month or rather next year.

As we move into the end of the year, it’s easy to get wrapped up in holiday plans, deadlines, and the general rush of the season. But just like a car needs regular tune-ups to run smoothly, your body needs consistent care to stay pain-free, mobile, and functioning at its best.

Many clients wait until discomfort becomes unbearable before booking a session—yet the most effective approach to long-term wellness is staying ahead of pain rather than chasing it once it takes hold.

🧠 Wellness Focus: Don’t Ignore Your Pain Signals

Using RAPID Neurofascial Reset, I help “turn off” chronic pain receptors, release tension patterns, and improve movement quickly. This time of year, stress and colder weather tend to amplify pain responses—especially in the neck, low back, and hips.

💆 Package Reminder — Maintain Consistency & Save

If you want to commit to regular wellness care, package bundles are available.
These give you the best rate and help you stay consistent with your sessions throughout the upcoming year.

Clients before 2025 are eligible to purchase packages for 6 half hour visits at $75 each or 4 at $80 each. 15 minute sessions are available at $65 each for 5 sessions.

Current clients may purchase 6 half hour visits for $85 or 4 for $90 and 15 minute sessions for $75.

📢 Important Rate Update for 2026

Beginning January 1st, there will be a $5 rate increase for all current clients.

New clients will automatically receive the new 2026 rate.

If you’d like to lock in the current price a little longer, now is a great time to purchase a package at the existing rate.
